Tom Alexander-Gould

Tom Alexander-Gould is an experienced professional in the operations field, currently serving as the Operations Excellence Lead at Costa Coffee since September 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Operations Excellence Coach at Costa Coffee MENA from May 2021 to September 2022. Tom's career at Costa Coffee began in October 2013, where Tom progressed through various roles, including Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Supervisor. Before joining Costa Coffee, Tom worked at The Restaurant Group plc as a Supervisor/Waiter from October 2008 to October 2014. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Reading, completed in 2013.
