Alessia Minuto

Alessia Minuto has a diverse work experience in HR and labor relations. Alessia is currently working as the Labour Affairs HR Director at Costa Crociere S.p.A. since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Manager HR Flag & Industry Relations at the same company from August 2016 to January 2022. Before joining Costa Crociere, they worked as a Specialist in Union Relations and Personnel Management at NH Hotel Group from September 2015 to August 2016.
