Jacopo Pendola has a significant amount of experience in revenue management and data analysis, primarily in the cruise industry. Jacopo has held various positions at Costa Crociere S.p.A., including Director of Revenue Management, Inventory, and Data Science, Director of Itinerary Planning, Revenue Planning & Forecasting, Director of Revenue Management, Head of Revenue Management Long Term, Revenue Management Manager, Senior Revenue Management Analyst, and Market and Pricing Analyst France. In these roles, they focused on optimizing pricing, inventory, and occupancy, developing analytical and managerial talents, and coordinating crisis management functions. Pendola also has experience in academia, serving as an Adjunct Professor of Pricing and Revenue Management and a Decision Making Lecturer at the Universitò degli Studi di Genova. Additionally, they worked as a Dynamic Pricing Lecturer at w.academy - Business School, teaching courses on pricing strategies and tactics.
Jacopo Pendola completed an Accountancy Qualification (Diploma) at the Technical and Commercial Institute F. Liceti in Rapallo, Genoa, from 2001 to 2006. Jacopo then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in "Business Economics" from the University of Genoa, from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, Audit and Finance from the University of Genoa, from 2009 to 2012. Currently, they are enrolled in the General Management Programme (Executive MBA) at ESCP Business School, which is expected to be completed in 2022.
