Carlo Andrea Centofanti

Carlo Andrea Centofanti has a diverse work experience spanning many years. Carlo Andrea started their career as an HR consultant at ECA ITALIA in 2003 and then moved on to become the C&B and international mobility manager at Indesit Company from 2005 to 2007. Subsequently, they worked as the C&B & Development Manager - Org & Development at Terna Spa from 2007 to 2009. In 2011, they joined Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium as an HR Business Partner/Field HR Administrator before transitioning to Germain Consulting in 2012 where they served as an HR consultant and coach until 2015. Currently, Carlo holds the position of Onboard HR Director at Costa Crociere.
