Haydee George

Haydee George, SPHR, currently serves as the Sr Manager of People Business Partner and previously held positions such as Sr Manager of Total Rewards and HRIS and Compensation Manager at Costa Farms since May 2022. Prior to this, Haydee worked at One Park Financial as the Human Resources and Payroll Manager and Payroll Manager from February 2020 to June 2022. Haydee's experience also includes a role at Supermercados Bravo as Compensation, Benefit and Payroll Manager, where significant achievements included a 70% reduction in payroll processing time and comprehensive compensation project implementations. Earlier in the career, Haydee served various roles at Asociación Popular de Ahorros y Préstamos, focusing on talent management and human resources services, and began as a Human Resources Analyst at Ambev. Haydee holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo and a degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad APEC.
