Kathleen Cooper

Kathleen Cooper possesses extensive experience in horticulture and live goods sourcing. Since May 2014, Kathleen has held multiple roles at Costa Farms, currently serving as Director of Live Goods Sourcing & Production Planning, and previously as Senior Sourcing Manager, where responsibilities included sourcing for annuals and perennials. Kathleen’s earlier positions at Costa Farms involved research and development, where Kathleen supported plant propagation, production, and data collection for trial gardens. Prior to Costa Farms, Kathleen worked as a Nursery Assistant at Tropical Nursery, focusing on plant care, propagation, and nursery organization. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences and Horticulture from Clemson University in 2014.
