María Daniela Briceño Hurtado

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with diverse experience across multiple sectors. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana currently serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and practicing as a Nutritionist at a private clinic between February 2016 and 2019. Additionally, Mariana has experience as a university lecturer, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Academically, Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México, awarded in 2015.
