Nancy Quintana

Nancy Quintana has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nancy began their career at KPMG, where they worked as a Senior Staff Auditor from August 1989 to June 1991. Nancy then joined Costa Farms in July 1991 as an Accounting Manager but later transitioned to a Controller role at USA Floral Products Inc from January 1996 to May 1998. Nancy returned to Costa Farms in July 1998 as a Controller and eventually progressed to become an HR Manager from December 2001 to February 2014. Nancy then took on the role of Executive Administrative Assistant Office Manager from February 2014 to November 2015. Nancy further advanced in their career at Costa Farms, holding positions such as HR Business Partner from November 2015 to September 2017 and Sr HR Compliance Manager from September 2017 to August 2019. Currently, they hold the positions of Director of HR Compliance and Director of People Compliance at Costa Farms, starting in August 2019.

Nancy Quintana attended Florida International University from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
