Neelanjana (Neel) K. has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis, project management, and consulting. Neelanjana (Neel) started their career as a Software and Change Management Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2008. Neelanjana (Neel) later worked as a Senior Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant at Infosys Technologies Ltd, focusing on CRM implementation projects. In 2016, they transitioned to Village Roadshow as a Master Data Analyst, where they spent five years before joining Costa in 2021. At Costa, they held roles as a Master Data Analyst and is currently serving as an ERP Application and Project Lead. Neelanjana (Neel) also volunteered during their maternity leave from 2013 to 2015.

Neelanjana (Neel) K. holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Anna University.
