Dean Patterson

As Senior Director of Operations, Dean brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to deliver on OPS Security Group’s promise of unparalleled quality and ensures the message is internalized and practiced at all levels of the company. He leads the account management team and is personally committed to exceptional service for the clients.

Dean has worked in the hospitality and security industry throughout the region in several different roles since 2009. Through his extensive career in the military, Dean has gained invaluable experience and rose through the OPS Security Group ranks from executive protection agent to senior management. Dean has been instrumental at OPS in assisting many staff members to bridge the gap between military and civilian careers.
