Colton P. Miller

Colton is a certified and experienced member of the OPS Security Group Team. He has worked in many fields of the industry including guard operations management, executive protection, hospital security, drug rehabilitation, consulting, and general armed and unarmed details. Colton has served 7 years in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard in a light infantry unit. He has been deployed to various environments foreign and domestic where he has supported peacekeeping and foreign military training missions. He currently holds a Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.) degree in corporate and homeland security from California University of Pennsylvania. Colton is a certified security manager (CSM) through the Private Security Professionals of America. He also holds other security and law enforcement certifications such as riot training, baton, OC spray, and taser. He is a certified First-Aid, CPR, and AED instructor through the American Red Cross. Colton has served as a Private Liaison for details and special assignments with the United States Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security, Pittsburgh Emergency Management , and the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.

Colton is an active member of American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and attends meetings regularly. He also is a member of Dallas Lodge No. 231 F & AM, and a 32nd Degree with the Pennsylvania Consistory, Valley of Pittsburgh.
