Shelby Smith

Shelby Smith joined OPS Security Group in January 2020 as a Business Development Specialist. During her time in this role, she worked closely with residential and commercial properties in the Greater Philadelphia region to create tailored concierge and security programs to fit their unique needs.

In October 2021 Shelby became Director of Marketing, where she now focuses on driving sustainable growth, brand exposure, and market expansion for the company. She utilizes her past sales experience and first-hand knowledge gained during her tenure in business development for OPS to understand client needs and help ensure that the company is properly positioned to rise to the occasion.
