My experience and network led me to the venture capital industry. Having worked at several start-ups, with a range of outcomes, I appreciate meeting and working with entrepreneurs every day. I enjoy putting my skills to use both within Costanoa and to support our all-star portfolio teams. The culture and values of the Costanoa Ventures team are what motivates me.

I have over 20 years of administrative, facilities and customer service experience, supporting a variety of organizations from early stage teams to corporate enterprise leaders. Before joining Costanoa Ventures, I worked at Sutter Hill Ventures, Symantec, Veritas, Affinia, and SurfWatch Software.
