Erin Townsend

Erin Townsend is currently an Advertising Solutions Specialist for BizBuySell at CoStar Group, a position held since July 2021, and has previously served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist II focusing on sales recruiting. In this role, Erin has collaborated with candidates and hiring managers across various departments, led training initiatives, and successfully navigated recruitment in challenging markets such as Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles. Prior to this, Erin was part of the STR startup team and held the role of Client Relationship Consultant at STR, specializing in hospitality data. Erin began their career at CoStar Group as a Client Relationship Consultant for the CoStar Database shortly after graduating from James Madison University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Behavior.
