Geraldine Hayhurst

Geraldine Hayhurst is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Corporate and Compliance at CoStar Group since November 2024, Geraldine previously held the position of General Counsel at NewPoint Real Estate Capital from July 2021 to November 2024, where strategic advice and innovative solutions were key contributions. Geraldine's career also includes significant roles at Freddie Mac spanning from 2005 to 2021, including VP & Deputy General Counsel for Mortgage Securities and Chief of Staff to the President and CEO. Earlier experience includes positions at the Securities and Exchange Commission and Shearman & Sterling LLP. Geraldine holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
