With prior experience as the Manager of Leasing & Sales at Regency Centers from December 1989 to April 1999, Garnett managed a significant portfolio of commercial office, retail, industrial, and land projects across the Southeast. Garnett holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of North Florida's College of Business Administration, where studies were completed between 1981 and 1983.
