Jennifer Chazanow

Jennifer Chazanow, MHRM, serves as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at CoStar Group, a premier global provider of real estate information and analytics, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Amazon from February 2016 to January 2023, including Talent Acquisition Leader for Amazon Advertising, where the focus was on creating impactful ad experiences for brands. Earlier career experiences include roles at CarMax as a Recruiter II, Supplemental Health Care as a Staffing Manager, and Target as an Executive Team Leader. Jennifer holds a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Old Dominion University.
