Kat Pelonero

Kat Pelonero is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as the Senior Sales Trainer at CoStar Group since June 2022, where comprehensive training materials are developed to enhance the national sales force’s effectiveness. Prior to this role, Kat was a Senior Sales Executive, assisting commercial real estate professionals in maximizing listing exposure through data-driven strategies. Experience also includes serving as a Leasing Director at PS Business Parks, Inc., managing a combined portfolio of approximately 1 million square feet in Tysons Corner, Virginia, and working in various roles at Newmark Knight Frank, Colliers International, and Grubb & Ellis, where research, marketing, and negotiations were key responsibilities. Kat Pelonero holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Radford University.
