Tod Kuwahara

Tod Kuwahara is an experienced leader in the fields of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Search (SEM), currently serving as Vice President at CoStar Group since February 2016, where responsibilities include managing SEO and SEM teams for notable websites such as Homes.com and LoopNet. Prior to this role, Tod held various positions, including Senior Product Manager for LoopNet and Manager of Product Development at Stamps.com. A strong background in technology and product management is established through roles at First Team Real Estate, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, and Prudential California Realty, where significant contributions to technology strategy and system integration were made. Tod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from UCLA.
