Donètto Moos

Donètto Moos has extensive work experience in various roles. Donètto started their professional career as an Intern at CapaCiti in November 2020 and worked there until November 2021. In 2022, they joined EXL as a Customer Service Agent from January to April. After that, they worked at CostCertified, starting as a Business Development Representative in June and transitioning to a Lead Generation Specialist in August. In October, they were promoted to the position of Senior Lead Gen specialist. Currently, Donètto Moos works as a RevOps specialist at CostCertified from November 2022 onwards.

Donètto Moos began their education at Oudtshoorn High School from 2011 to 2015, where they completed their Matric. In 2016, they attended Nelson Mandela University and studied IT User Support Services, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. From 2017 to 2019, they enrolled at Northlink College Belhar and pursued a degree in N5 Electrical Engineering, specializing in Heavy Current. In 2020, they attended Microsoft Learn and obtained a certification as a Microsoft Technology Associate in Software Development Fundamentals, emphasizing Software Development.
