Heidi McDade

Heidi McDade has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1991. Heidi began their career as a Developer at the College of the Holy Cross and later worked as a Developer at Technical Aid Corporation and TAC Worldwide. From 1999 to 2003, they served as a Developer at MediaPro. In 2004, they joined Safeco Insurance as a Developer, staying until 2006. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Behavioral Tech, LLC as a Web Developer and Database Administrator. Since 2012, they have been at Costco Travel, where they have held various roles including IT Business Analyst, IT Business Relations Analyst, International Operations Manager, Workforce and Analytics Manager, and most recently, Director of Ecommerce and Marketing.

Heidi McDade pursued their education at the College of the Holy Cross from 1991 to 1995. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 2015, they enrolled in the UW Professional & Continuing Education and completed a Certificate program in Agile Development.
