Joseph MacRo

Joseph Macro is a seasoned professional in supply chain optimization, currently serving as Director of Supply Chain Optimization at Costco Wholesale since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Director and Director of Supply Chain Optimization at Sears Holdings Corporation from 2017 to 2020 and 2007 to 2017, respectively. At Sears, Joseph led teams focused on logistics solutions and routing for diverse business lines, ensuring efficient flow of goods through the supply chain. Prior to Sears, Joseph founded MacroSolutions Inc., an industrial engineering and project management firm, leading efforts in multiple industries from 1999 to 2007. Joseph holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
