Teresa Jones

Teresa L. Jones is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and operations. Currently serving as an Assistant Cashier at Costco Wholesale since February 2015, Teresa previously worked as a Sales Support Associate at Nordstroms Rack, where recognition was achieved for outstanding customer enrollment in the Fashion Rewards Program. Prior to these roles, Teresa dedicated 26 years as an International Flight Attendant for American Airlines, demonstrating exceptional judgment and conflict resolution skills in high-pressure situations. Teresa holds a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy, and is a graduate of Carmel High School.
