Paul Smyth

Paul Smyth is an Associate Attorney at Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC, where Paul has worked since August 2023, previously serving as a Law Clerk at the same firm in the summer of 2022. Paul has a diverse background in legal support roles, including experience as a Docket Clerk at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and as a DWI Bureau Intern for the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Paul developed strong customer service skills during a decade at Wegmans Food Markets and also gained experience in athletic training at Colgate University. Paul holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Colgate University.
