Sophie Pearson

Sophie Pearson is currently the Head of People at Costello Medical, with a background in human resources management. Prior to their current role, Sophie has held various HR positions at Autonomy and UNEP-WCMC. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies from the University of Leeds and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD. Sophie also has a Foundation Certificate in Internal Communications from PR Academy and completed their A-Levels at Hills Road Sixth Form College.
