Michael Lents

Michael Lents has extensive experience in the workers' compensation and medical cost containment sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at CostFirst Corp. since March 2016. Prior to this role, Lents co-founded Lien On Me, Inc., where responsibilities included serving as Compliance & Technical Director for nearly a decade, focusing on lien defense litigation and medical cost controls. Lents also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Allied Managed Care, overseeing various operational components, and previously managed complex medical bill reviews at Qmedtrix. Earlier roles included CEO of VALE Recovery, Inc., and positions at Lien On Me, California Casualty, and Travelers, where Lents managed significant caseloads in workers' compensation claims.
