Emma Caraco

Emma Caraco serves as the Head of HR at Costockage since September 2025, bringing extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources and Responsable des ressources humaines at Betterway, a company focused on sustainable employee mobility solutions, and HR responsibilities at La Mutuelle Générale. Emma also held positions as a recruitment consultant at Upward Data, specializing in data-related roles for various organizations, and worked on HR projects at Hello Syndic, a modern property management firm. Emma holds a DESMA degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management and attended Lycée Saint Joseph du Loquidy for preparatory studies.
