Tony Yan

Tony Yan has a solid background in the investment industry, with experience in various roles at different companies. Tony Yan started their career at Tririver Capital, a leading boutique investment bank in China, where they worked as an Analyst, Associate, and Vice President. At Tririver Capital, they focused on providing advisory services in Private Placement, Mergers and Acquisitions, and IPOs, with a specific focus on healthcare, clean-tech, environmental protection, new materials, and consumer products. In 2015, Tony joined Hermed Capital as the Vice-Investment Director, where they primarily invested in the healthcare industry in China. Tony Yan then moved to CoStone Capital in 2020, where they currently hold the roles of AVP and VP. CoStone Capital is a prominent investment firm in China, with a diversified alternative asset management platform covering various funds in Angel, Venture, Growth Capital, Leveraged Buyout, Private Placement, and Public Equity.

Tony Yan 严涛 completed their education at Nanjing University. Tony Yan earned a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from 2003 to 2007. Tony Yan then pursued a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from 2007 to 2010.
