Francesco Andaloro is the Founder & CEO of Costrand, a company focused on disrupting the real estate development and energy industries by creating sustainable buildings and investing in future generations. Francesco has over 100 years of industry experience and a futuristic vision for reimagining how neighborhoods will live.
In 2023, Francesco also served as the Country Manager - Italia for YUPIX, and was recognized as the top-ranking individual in the Energy category of Forbes' 30 Under 30 list. Their innovative choices and accomplishments with Costrand earned him recognition and collaboration opportunities beyond their local area.
Prior to their roles at Costrand and YUPIX, Francesco worked as a Relationship Manager at Vanguard from May 2019 to September 2021.
Francesco Andaloro completed a Master's degree in Construction Management from Columbia University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Entrepreneurship from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, which they completed during the academic year 2018-2019. Francesco also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the same university, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Francesco has a major in Digital Marketing from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, which they completed in 2017. Before attending university, Francesco attended Liceo Classico "G.B. Impallomeni" for their secondary education.
Francesco Andaloro has obtained several certifications as well. In 2020, they acquired a certification in Public Speaking from Tony Robbins. In 2019, they obtained a Digital Sales Certification from Google and also completed the Google Ads Fundamentals certification. Additionally, Francesco holds a European Computer Driving License from the ECDL Foundation, which they received in March 2014. Costrand opera nel settore delle costruzioni private e pubbliche. Oltre ad eseguire interventi di ristrutturazione per il SuperBonus 110% come General Contractor, Costrand effettua lavori di edilizia residenziale, commerciale, industriale e pubblica. La storia di Costrand inizia nel 1920 quando la famiglia Andaloro fonda la prima azienda di costruzioni ed esegue lavori per i nobili dell'epoca. Esperienza e credibilità maturano, tanto che l'Azienda si aggiudica i primi appalti pubblici e stringe delle partnerships con importanti società private. Agli inizi degli anni ’60, avviene il primo passaggio generazionale e, negli anni del boom edilizio, l’impresa costruisce interi quartieri in varie città della Sicilia. Con grande lungimiranza, l'Azienda diversifica i suoi investimenti e, oltre che alla realizzazione di opere pubbliche, si dedica ad operazioni immobiliari private, investe nel settore turistico-alberghiero e, tra i primi nella provincia di Messina, crea impianti di calcestruzzo preconfezionato. Alla fine degli anni ’80, con il passaggio alla terza generazione, l’impresa viene trasformata in società di capitali ed è sempre più attenta ai bisogni dei clienti. Dai primi anni del 2000, l’impresa inizia a realizzare importanti opere pubbliche in diverse regioni d’Italia, come Sicilia, Emilia Romagna e Veneto. I tempi sono, ormai, mutati ma valori e principi sono identici a quelli tramandati nel tempo. Con la medesima passione, si punta sempre ad un costante sviluppo economico e sociale, facendo leva sull' esperienza e sull’orientamento imprenditoriale che da sempre ha contraddistinto l'impresa della famiglia Andaloro che, oggi, alla quarta generazione, guida Costrand, nata recentemente da un’ulteriore trasformazione aziendale.
