Lincoln Chung

Lincoln Chung has extensive work experience in the software delivery and project management fields. Lincoln started their career at CA (Computer Associates) in 2000, where they held various roles such as Technical Consultant Lead, QA Engineer, QA Architect Engineer, and Senior QA Manager & QA Manager. In these positions, they managed teams, implemented software development life cycle concepts/standards, and led QA project managers. From 2006 to 2012, Lincoln worked at MedPlus, Quest Diagnostics, where they were a Project Manager and a Performance/LoadTest Engineer. Lincoln managed projects throughout their lifecycle and implemented load/performance testing on various applications. In 2012, Lincoln joined Vantiv as a Solution Quality Program Manager, overseeing a team of four managers and vendors. Lincoln managed resource capacity, project assignments, and aligned service validation and testing strategies with project methodologies. Currently, Lincoln is at CoStrategix, where they initially served as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, and Software Delivery Manager. Lincoln also became the VP of Software Delivery in January 2016.

Lincoln Chung's education history is as follows: Lincoln first attended Informatics from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a Diploma in Computer Studies with a focus on Computer Science. Following that, they enrolled in INTI College in 1996 and completed a Diploma in Business, specializing in Business. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, studying from 1997 until 1999. Lastly, they attended Thomas More University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an MBA with a concentration in Business Administration and Management.
