Julie Lebesgue

Julie Lebesgue has been a Process Engineer at COSUCRA since 2005, where Julie also serves as the Manager of R&D for pois activities. In the past, Julie worked as an Engineer for SENOBLE DESSERTS PREMIUM and completed an internship at Danone. Julie holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Agro-alimentaire from Polytech Montpellier. Julie's expertise lies in R&D for products and processes in the areas of peas, proteins, and chicory.
