Scott Jones

Scott Jones has a solid work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Scott is currently serving as the Engineering, Development and Design Director at Cosumnes Community Services District since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Civil Engineer at Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District for almost 7 years, where they were involved in various responsibilities including project management and risk management for the EchoWater Project. Before that, they worked as an Engineering Operation Support at Sacramento Area Sewer District for a brief period. Scott also has experience working as a Project Engineer at Drake Haglan and Associates and as a Civil Engineer at Sacramento County Department of Transportation. Additionally, they have served as a Civil Designer at David Evans and Associates, Inc. and as an Engineering Intern at Turner Construction Company.

Scott Jones attended UC Santa Barbara from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued general undergraduate courses. After that, they enrolled at California State University-Sacramento from 2002 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Civil Engineering.
