Alessandro Ferrari

Alessandro Ferrari has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Coswell S.p.A. since September 2017. Previously, Alessandro held HR Director positions at Gruppo Ceramiche Ricchetti SpA and Spotless Group, where significant contributions were made to company culture and integration processes during acquisitions. With earlier roles as HR Manager at Guaber and Verlicchi, and as an HR Specialist at Lombardini, Alessandro has developed a comprehensive skill set in HR strategies, talent management, and organizational development, supported by a degree in Political Sciences from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
