Urska Agnic has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles, with a focus on global brand strategy, marketing operations, and retail. Urska has worked in prominent companies such as adidas, Microsoft, and ECCO Europe, where they led large teams and contributed to significant revenue growth. Urska's expertise includes marketing disciplines, sports marketing, go-to-market processes, and visual merchandising.

Urska Agnic holds a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics. Urska also completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business/Managerial Economics from the same institution.
