Sarvenaz Fahimi (Nazy)

Sarvenaz (Nazy) Fahimi is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in various legal sectors. Currently serving as an attorney at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP since September 2018, Fahimi specializes in representing individuals and companies, particularly whistleblowers under the federal False Claims Act. Previously, Fahimi held the position of Senior Director in the Legal Department at Pars Equality Center, providing in-house counsel on non-profit laws and advising community members on several legal areas.
