Tony Rossello

Tony Rossello has extensive work experience in HR roles. Tony started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 1999, where they served as a Payroll Specialist/Leader and then as an HR Program & Process Coordinator. In 2006, they joined Medtronic, where they held various positions including Senior Compensation Analyst, Senior HR Business Partner, and Principal HR Business Partner. In 2016, they had a short-term assignment as an HR Business Partner at Merck Group. Since 2017, they have been working at Cotecna Inspection, initially as a Global HR Business Partner and then as an HR Director. Currently, they serve as a Senior HR Director.

Tony Rossello received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Geneva, which they completed from 1993 to 1997. In 2004 and 2005, they pursued further education at SEC, obtaining a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management. Most recently, in 2019, they obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Responsible Leadership from the University of Geneva.
