Adil Constantine

Adil Constantine is currently a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Coterie Insurance. Adil was previously the Quality Assurance and Automation Manager at U-Haul International, Inc from June 2018 to April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Software QA Supervisor at American Traffic Solutions from February 2014 to June 2018.

Constantine began their career in 2010 as a Fraud Specialist at Wells Fargo Bank. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing customer transactions to detect potential fraud situations and researching and analyzing moderately complex account activity using various resources, tools and applications. Adil identified potential fraudulent activity and took appropriate actions.

In 2011, Constantine transitioned to a System QA Analyst II position at Wells Fargo. In this role, they assisted in the creation, preparation, and implementation of systems quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts. Adil also interacted with users to share information and clarify instructions. Adil eventually began performing advanced backend testing such as (ETL and Mainframe). Adil also created basic test plans using templates and guidelines.

Adil Constantine has a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and is certified from LinkedIn in Be a Better Manager by Motivating Your Team and Getting Things Done.

They are on a team with Kurt DiPaolo - Software Engineer, Bryan Snapp - Technology Services Engineer, and Cailey Miller - Associate Software Engineer. Adil Constantine reports to John Pinto, VP of Engineering.
