Raymond Lynch

Raymond Lynch is the External Product Lead at Coterie Insurance. Prior to joining Coterie, Raymond spent seven and a half years at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they most recently served as the Strategic Opportunities Vertical Leader - Business Insurance. In this role, Raymond was responsible for leading the team that identified and pursued new business opportunities in the insurance industry.

Before joining Liberty Mutual, Raymond was an MBA candidate at the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester. While at Simon, Raymond challenged himself to increase the revenue and profitability of the Field Service group. Raymond also led a team of six engineers in delivering commissioning of complex monitoring equipment supporting the transmission and distribution of electric power.

Prior to their time at Simon, Raymond worked as a Field Service Manager/Application Engineer at Qualitrol. In this role, they were again challenged to increase the revenue and profitability of the Field Service group. Raymond successfully led a team of six engineers in delivering commissioning of complex monitoring equipment supporting the transmission and distribution of electric power.

Before their work in the private sector, Raymond served as an Aviation Officer in the US Army for seven years. Raymond rose to the rank of Captain during their time in service.

Raymond Lynch has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
