Rajiv Unnikrishnan

Rajiv Unnikrishnan has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Rajiv'smost recent position was as the Head of Technology at Coterie, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Tommy John for several years, holding various technology roles including Head of Technology, Director of Technology, and Technology Manager. Before Tommy John, Rajiv spent seven years at Wyndham Destination Network (RCI) as a Software Development Manager, where they were responsible for implementing self-service offer management and tracking tools and leading the configuration and implementation of a multi-domain master data management platform. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Technical Program Lead at UBS Wealth Management, where they led the design, development, and implementation of web-based tools and training modules for financial advisors. Rajiv also has experience as a Tech Lead/Sr. Software Architect at Delta Dental of NJ and held engineering roles at Trigyn Technologies and SSI Ltd., Mumbai.

Rajiv Unnikrishnan completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including "MASTERING NEGOTIATION AND INFLUENCE" from MIT Sloan School of Management, obtained in September 2020, "Fundamentals of Finance for the Technical Executive" from MIT Sloan School of Management, obtained in June 2020, "Strategies for Career Development: Charting Your Path to the C-Suite" from MIT Sloan School of Management, obtained in September 2019, "Certified Scrum Master" from Scrum Alliance, obtained in February 2012, and "Certified Java developer" from Sun Microsystems, obtained in August 2001.
