Todd Roemer

Todd Roemer has significant work experience in the accounting and finance field. Todd began their career as an enlisted member of the US Army from March 1990 to April 1993. Todd then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1996, where they worked as a Senior Manager for 14 years until 2010. After leaving PricewaterhouseCoopers, Todd joined Coterra Energy as a Controller in February 2010 and worked their way up to Vice President and Controller in February 2017. In July 2019, they were promoted to the position of Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Coterra Energy.

Todd Roemer attended the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In March 1998, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
