Norman Hofmann has extensive work experience in various quality management roles. Norman is currently serving as the Director Qualitäat COTESA GmbH since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Plant Quality Manager at Mahle GmbH from January 2020 to February 2021. From September 2018 to February 2019, they worked as the Abteilungsleiter Kathodische Tauchlackierung at Voestalpine Automotive GmbH. Norman also held the position of Director Qualität at PWK Automotive from October 2016 to August 2018. Before that, they served as the Senior Plant Quality Manager at Pierburg Pump Technology from August 2012 to September 2016. Additionally, they worked at Roth & Rau as a Senior Quality Manager from June 2010 to July 2012 and as a Quality Engineer from June 2010 to May 2011.
Norman Hofmann obtained their Diploma of Engineering (Dipl.-Ing) in Service Engineering from Staatl. Berufsakademie Leipzig. Norman attended this institution from 2006 to 2009.
