Erin Barnes

Erin Barnes is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in sales operations and training, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Sales Operations at Xerox Business Solutions Midwest since December 2014. Erin has successfully led teams of sales professionals, achieving significant sales revenue benchmarks and enhancing customer satisfaction. Previous roles include creating and implementing learning and development strategies at Global Imaging Systems and managing a sales training program at COTG – A Xerox Company. Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Illinois State University, with a focus on Human Resources.
