Isabela Almeida

Isabela Almeida is an accomplished professional in startup acceleration and project management, currently serving as Líder de Programa de Aceleração de Startups at Cotidiano Aceleradora de Startups since September 2018. In this role, Isabela has led multiple acceleration programs for startups across various sectors, focusing on continuous improvement of the acceleration program and product strategy. With experience as an Agente de Aceleração, Isabela has mentored over 30 agile teams and has participated in numerous startup acceleration initiatives. Previous positions include Líder de finanças at Ribon App, Gerente Operacional e Financeiro at Startup Fluiu Contabilidade, and Scrum master at Startup Economizze, demonstrating a strong background in financial management, operational restructuring, and agile methodologies. Isabela holds a degree in History from Universidade de Brasília and has pursued further education in product management, full-stack development, and venture capital.
