Brook Jefts has a diverse range of work experience spanning across multiple industries. Currently, Jefts serves as the Senior Vice President of Client Engagement at Cotiviti, a leading healthcare solutions and analytics company. In this role, Jefts helps clients uncover new opportunities to improve healthcare economics and increase value.
Prior to joining Cotiviti, Jefts held senior leadership positions at Optum, a prominent information and technology-enabled health services business. As Vice President, Jefts played a critical role in enterprise transformational partnerships and growth initiatives.
Jefts also served as Vice President at Conifer Health Solutions, where they focused on sales and business development for provider partnerships in revenue management and population health management. Additionally, Jefts held the position of Regional Vice President at Parallon, where they provided consultative sales and marketing services to healthcare providers.
Before transitioning into the healthcare industry, Jefts gained experience in sales and account management roles at various companies, including NCO Group and Carolina Panthers. In 2009, Jefts founded and owned The Marketing Brook, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing services for healthcare clients.
Throughout their career, Jefts has demonstrated expertise in client engagement, growth strategies, revenue cycle management, and business development.
Brook Jefts holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism (ABJ) with a focus on Telecommunication Arts from The University of Georgia.
