Josh Weiser

Josh Weiser has extensive work experience in the field of finance and operations. Josh began their career as a Retail Accounting Recovery Senior Auditor at PRGX Global Inc. in 1993, where they performed forensic recovery audit functions for retail clients. Josh later became the Retail Accounting Director of Operations at PRGX Global Inc., managing direct audit engagements with several multi-billion-dollar clients and successfully growing revenue each year.

In 2008, Weiser joined Cotiviti as the Director of Audit Operations. In this role, they guided the performance and growth of key accounts, developed training and mentoring programs for employees, and consistently exceeded client revenue expectations. Josh also negotiated permission to obtain buyer emails with a major retailer client, resulting in significant recoveries.

At Cotiviti, Weiser later became the Vice President of Operations, where they directed the transformation of the company, realigned business units, and improved the financial and quality performance of clients. Josh was responsible for recovery strategies and played a key role in the development of a new compensation structure.
