Kerri Eskin

As Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Cotiviti, Kerri is responsible for talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits programs. Kerri works closely with the finance, operations, and strategy teams to ensure alignment between employee initiatives and organizational goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Cotiviti, Kerri was Corporate Human Resources Manager at George Weston Bakeries, Inc. While there, she developed and maintained HR initiatives including staffing, career development, training, and retention. Kerri also served as employment manager for Langham Hotel in Boston, where she was responsible for the administration of all HR functions including compensation, benefits, employee relations, legal compliance, and health and safety programs.

Kerri earned a master’s degree in human resources management from Emmanuel College and a bachelors in business administration from Bryant University. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
