Nancy Patin

Nancy Patin has a strong background in change management and organizational effectiveness. Nancy currently holds the role of VP Employee Experience at Cotiviti, where they lead complex transformational initiatives and teams for strategic goal alignment and employee engagement. Nancy has also provided corporate-wide change management support through significant events such as an IPO in 2016 and two acquisitions. Prior to Cotiviti, they worked as a Partner at Four Eagles Consulting, LLC, where they focused on enhancing team performance, change management, employee engagement, program execution, and leadership development. Nancy also has experience in senior leadership roles at Manheim Auctions, Cox Communications, Deloitte, Arthur Andersen LLP, and GE Client Business Services, where they specialized in areas such as enterprise resource planning, process improvement, and tax management.

Nancy Patin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in the period from 1986 to 1990.
