Phil Parker

Phil Parker has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology and Healthcare. Phil currently holds the role of VP, Software Development at Cotiviti since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as VP, IT Solutions Consulting at HMS from June 2016 to May 2021. Additionally, Phil has held leadership positions at various organizations including Cornerstone Healthcare Group, T-System, and North American Medical Management. Phil has also served as a Board Member at the National Kidney Foundation Serving Texas and Society for Information Management, DFW Chapter. Phil's expertise lies in developing technology strategies, building efficient IT organizations, and championing the use of EMR in healthcare.

Phil Parker earned a BS in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Phil later pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance and Information Systems from the same institution, completing their degree between 1990 and 1992. Additionally, Phil obtained the certifications "Nano Tips for Using Microsoft Office with Mike Tholfsen" from LinkedIn and "Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc.
