Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, providing nutritional consultation at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
