Ally Disterhoft

Ally Disterhoft is a Partner at Ridgeline Ventures, a consumer-focused investment firm based in Boulder, Colorado, since October 2021. Disterhoft has an extensive background in investment banking, having worked at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank in various positions from Investment Banking Analyst to Associate from June 2018 to September 2021, specializing in consumer retail coverage. Additionally, Disterhoft has taken on multiple board roles including Board Member at Joyfull Bakery and Board Observer at Cotopaxi, both starting in 2024, and serves on the board at KCN Campgrounds. A former standout athlete, Disterhoft was the all-time leading scorer for The University of Iowa Women’s Basketball Team, amassing 2,102 points from 2013 to 2017, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
